Delivered by Georgian College, this course will focus on practical strategies for creating workplaces that embrace and uplift diverse experiences. Learn how to engage all employees to contribute their best and work across diverse identities to create changes in your organization.

This course is the first of three modules in the Georgian College micro-certificate for Diversity, Equity and Belonging. Companies who complete the Cultures of Belonging Course will receive a digital badge. Participants may wish to pursue the remaining 2 courses in the micro-certificate following this course.

This training is limited to those employers offering employment within the 16 member municipalities of the County of Simcoe and the Cities of Barrie and Orillia, Base Borden, Chippewas of Rama First Nations and Beausoleil First Nation. Up to 2 representatives from local manufacturers can participate in the subsidized training.
